As Director of Property Management for Focus Commercial Real Estate, Lindy oversees all aspects of property management for Focus CRE’s portfolio, including daily operations, maintenance, tenant and vendor relations, budgeting, and monthly reporting. She ensures the properties are professionally managed and provides excellent customer service to the firm’s clients and the tenants who occupy their properties.

A well-rounded professional with over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Lindy has managed many asset types ranging from office, industrial, retail/restaurant, self-storage, and property owner’s associations. Before joining Focus, she worked for Colliers International and held many different positions. At Colliers, she began her career as the marketing manager for the Northwest Arkansas office before transitioning to the property management division, where she truly found her niche.

Lindy is an active member of the Northwest Arkansas Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and has a deep love for this area. Lindy graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management degree which she can incorporate into her current daily operations as Property Manager over Focus’s 88 properties, 200+ tenants, and 1.7 million square feet.
