Mikayla is a licensed real estate agent at Focus, a commercial real estate company in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Mikayla graduated cum laude from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas with a BSBA in Accounting and Finance in December of 2020. While working towards her undergraduate degrees, she interned at Arvest and PAM Transport. She graduated with her Master’s in Finance in December 2021.
Mikayla brings experience from various industries to her work at Focus. In addition to real estate, she is a financial analyst at Cannon Capital, which invests in early-stage companies, and Chief of Staff at HighGround Hospitality, an outdoor adventure hospitality company. She is passionate about supporting music, community development, and non-profit efforts in the area.
She is working towards her CCIM license and will be serving as the Special Events Chair on the CCIM Northwest Arkansas Chapter Board for 2023.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active with a variety of activities – volleyball, basketball, golf, walking her dog, going to the gym, water skiing, and snow skiing. If she’s not on the move, you can catch her cozied up with a good book in her lap.
