Kyle Conrad serves as a Brokerage Associate, focusing on various asset classes in commercial real estate in the Northwest Arkansas market.  His expertise spans from office and retail to tenant representation, land sales, industrial properties, and investment sales.  With a background in multiple industries, Kyle brings valuable experience and knowledge to the team, benefiting clients and stakeholders alike.

 

Beginning his career as a Project Manager for a private real estate development firm, Kyle specialized in the redevelopment of unique and historical assets, adaptive reuse projects, and other investments in tertiary markets in the central United States.  During his tenure, he assisted in the development and conversion of a Nationally Registered Historic building into a live entertainment and concert venue.  His roles included managing renovation and improvement projects, overseeing concert and event operations, leading production efforts, driving marketing and promotion strategies, and conducting financial forecasting for multiple concert venues across the country.  Before making the move to commercial real estate, Kyle was a project manager for a demolition contracting company in Tulsa, OK, where he oversaw projects ranging from interior remodels to the complete demolition of large multi-story buildings.

 

Originally from Fort Smith, AR, Kyle graduated from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  Kyle holds the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America. Kyle holds a great passion for live music and aspires to be involved in the continued development and growth of the local and regional music and entertainment communities.
