Khandice Baldwin

Khandice Baldwin is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Focus Commercial Real Estate, specializing in brokerage operations, research and sales. She leverages her background in communications and property management to manage and organize projects within the firm.

Khandice started her career in real estate as a Property Manager for over 600 residential doors in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated University of Arkansas in 2013 with a BA in Communications. Since graduating, she has spent time as a sales coordinator for a national television network, where she honed her customer service skills, built strong relationships with clients, and learned project management techniques that are invaluable in today's real estate industry. She is an outgoing individual who never shies away from meeting new people or pushing herself to succeed professionally.

Khandice serves as the Social Media Chair on the CCIM Northwest Arkansas Chapter. She plans to purse her CCIM in coming years.

Khandice is a local girly. She graduated Fayetteville High School, and her family all live close by. She loves her community and community development which is what drives her as a commercial real estate agent.
